2015-2016 Executive Board
Presidents
Dan Rufolo is a Radio/Television/Film major from Atlanta. Since joining the Studio 22 Exec Board as Outreach co-chair when he was a freshman, Dan has loved every second of it and all the people he has worked with as a result. Other than Studio 22, he is the social chair of the Sigma Chi fraternity and a die hard Blackhawks and New York Giants fan. His favorite movies consist of The Departed, Top Gun, In Bruges, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, and a bunch of others that it's not your business knowing. He will be doing sales and marketing for Revolution Brewing in Chicago, where they will be paying him in beer. (danielrufolo2016@u.northwestern.edu)
Production
Terence Yoon is an RTVF major born and raised in Queens, NY. His interests lay in cinematography and editing and believes that any piece of film has the ability to tell interesting stories and different perspectives of every day life. Having learned a tremendous amount from the Studio 22 sets he's worked on, Terence views student sets as a serious opportunity for budding filmmakers to learn more about themselves, their friends, and the art they aim to create. He hopes to give back to his community what he has learned throughout his time at school during his final year at Northwestern. (teryoon@u.northwestern.edu)
Finance
Erin Manning is majoring in Radio/TV/Film with minors in Business Institutions and Legal Studies. A proud resident of Stamford, CT, she probably loves the East Coast a bit too much. Studio 22 has been one of her most rewarding Northwestern experiences and she is thrilled to be serving as Finance Chair for a second year. When she's not handling contracts, reimbursements and payments for Studio 22, she serves as an Undergraduate RTVF Student Association Representative and on ASG's B-Status Finance Committee. She is an avid ice chewer and The Parent Trap is her favorite film. (erinmanning2017@u.northwestern.edu)
Industry
Maddie Ball is a Radio/Television/Film Major from McLean, Virginia. She enjoys taking film theory classes and hopes to someday be a film professor. Last year she was an Outreach Co-Chair and this year she will be serving the board as the Industry Chair. Outside of Studio 22, Maddie plays on the club field hockey team, is a staff writer and script developer for NU Channel 1, puts a lot of effort into making the perfect mug in ceramics class, is active within her sorority, and will serve as a recruitment counselor next year. If anyone wants to watch The Royal Tenenbaums, she will drop whatever she is doing and watch it with you. (madisonball2017@u.northwestern.edu)
public relations
Devon Kerr is a Radio, Television, and Film major from the blissful suburb of Scarsdale, NY. He's a fan of alternative/indie music, both violent and nonviolent video games, books with twist endings, and pretty much any TV show or movie (except the bad ones). At least once a day, he chokes on water for no reason at all. Outside of Studio 22, Devon enjoys being a member of Sherman Ave., Northwestern Comedy Forum, Northwestern Sketch Television, and No Fun Mud Piranhas. His life dream is to open a closet and have a real human skeleton fall on him, because in his mind, this seems really fun.(devonkerr2018@u.northwestern.edu)
Jeremy Le is a Radio/Television/Film and Biology double major. Yes, he is pre-med but no, he does not aspire to write for Grey’s Anatomy. His interests are as teasingly diverse as his majors. He enjoys everything from single malt scotch to BK chicken fries, Taylor Swift to Run the Jewels, and cinematography to Youtube videos of thoracotomies. After graduating, he plans to spend a year traveling and making films before attending medical school. (jeremyle2012@u.northwestern.edu)
script
Haley Boston is a Radio/TV/Film major and Creative Writing minor from Portland, OR. No, she doesn't watch Portlandia, alright, stop asking. After college, she will boldly pursue screenwriting in Los Angeles and does not have a back-up plan, so let's all hope that works out. She is also on the executive board of Northwestern University Women Filmmakers Alliance (NUWFA) and a total fringe member of her sorority. Her hobbies include: tea drinking, writing, taking down the patriarchy, pretending it's the 80s, crying at movies, wearing black, and quoting Bridesmaids. She dislikes: most animals, movie musicals, overly expository writing, and male protagonism. Her favorite abbreviation is "gucc." (haleyboston2016@u.northwestern.edu)
Sarah Hedge is a Radio/TV/Film major with a minor in Creative Writing. She enjoys various things, including long walks to the couch and being all about that bass. She would mention her co-chair Haley, but why should Haley get all the attention? Sarah writes AND reads. She's perfect for this job! Please hire her. (sarahhedge2016@u.northwestern.edu)
talent
Liam Feroli studies business and writing as a Film/Television student at Northwestern University . A fan of Netflix originals, great friends, and wild adventures, Liam looks forward to ensuring the best actors and talent for Studio 22 projects as the group's Talent Chair. Upon graduating, he hopes live in sunny Los Angeles to work in entertainment management. (liamferoli2017@u.northwestern.edu)
outreach
Ben Beatty is a theater major from Los Angeles. He hopes to pursue an acting career on both the stage and screen. He is excited to serve as an Outreach Co-Chair this year. When he is not working, he can often be found in his room, where he lives. He plans to move back to Los Angeles after graduation. (benjaminbeatty2017@u.northwestern.edu)
Madeleine is a freshman Radio, Television, & Film major pursuing a certificate in Integrated Marketing Communications. She currently serves as an Outreach Co-Chair for Studio 22. Hailing from New York City, Madeleine is excited to be in Chicago, surrounded by such talented students. Madeleine is a 2015-2016 Peer Adviser, a sister of Delta Zeta, and a member of the Northwestern Dance community. Her hobbies include writing, eating, being on set and dancing…but mostly eating. She is thrilled to be working on the Studio 22 board and looks forward to the coming year. (madeleinekelly2018@u.northwestern.edu)
Marion is Co-President of Studio 22 Productions, and a film, business, and political science student on the side. She specializes in cinematography and music scoring, though she's also a damn good cook specializing in French cuisine. She's from New York City (though spiritually she belongs to New Orleans) and hopes to return after graduation to work in independent film and photography... but who knows, she may very well become an eternal backpacker in predominantly Latin America, though maybe also South-East Asia.
