Lydia is a majoring in Theatre and Political Science and minoring in Film & Media Studies. She relishes the title of “The First Person From Utah That I’ve Ever Met” and has (almost) nothing but love for her home, Salt Lake City. As Diversity & Inclusion Chair for Studio 22, she hopes to help elevate the many voices within and without Northwestern’s film community and continue to make Studio 22 films safe and welcoming for any and all identities. Outside of Studio 22, Lydia is the Co-Chair Executive of Lipstick Theatre, a member of The Bix Musical Improv Troupe, an actor for Northwestern Sketch Television, a writer for Sherman Ave (kind of), and a soon-to-be MoviePass cardholder. After graduating, she hopes to pursue a career in the film industry and ultimately be a part of creating work that is both impactful and entertaining. She's a hopeful romantic in most aspects of her life. Please call her out; she’ll appreciate it.
